Step Karaobics

I have lived and breathed fitness for years, and for a long time my own training was all about running, lifting heavy and pushing myself through high intensity workouts.

When my back problems hit in 2020, everything changed overnight and I had to find a way to keep moving without the impact. That’s when a new idea started forming.

After coaching so many people, I knew the secret to sticking with exercise was enjoying it, and for me music has always been the thing that lifts the mood and gets the body going.

So I started blending simple low impact stepping routines with the fun of old school aerobics and the feel good boost of karaoke lyrics on screen, and Step Karaobics grew from there. It is unique, it is designed to make you smile while you move, and there is now a full section of these workouts waiting for you inside the app.
