I’m Steve Bradley, The Fitness Guy, And I’ve Got Your Back

Since becoming a personal trainer in 2006, I’ve been on a mission to change how women think about weight loss. I was tired of the toxic messaging, the fad diets, and the quick fixes that left people worse off than when they started. I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s why my approach back then is exactly the same as it is today: Find The Balance. I believe you can enjoy your favourite foods, have a social life, and still feel amazing in your own skin. You don’t need to spend hours at the gym or cut out carbs to feel confident again. You just need the right guidance and support.

I created The Fitness Guy to be that guide, for busy women who are done with starting over, done with doing it alone, and ready for something that actually works. Together with my team, we focus on simple, realistic changes that fit into your life, not the other way around.

With our support, you’ll learn to move in a way that feels good, fuel your body with food you enjoy, and rebuild your confidence step by step. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to start.
