The Fitness Guy Affiliate Programme – Terms and Guidelines
These terms outline how the The Fitness Guy affiliate programme works and what is expected of approved affiliates. By joining the programme, affiliates agree to the terms below.
Eligibility
The affiliate programme is intended for individuals who genuinely value The Fitness Guy programmes and wish to recommend them to their own audience. Affiliates are expected to promote The Fitness Guy in a positive, honest, and responsible way that aligns with the brand’s values. This programme is not intended for coupon websites, incentive-based promotions, or mass-spam activity.
Products Included
Affiliates may promote the following programmes only:
- 20 Day Tune-Up
- Step Up Slim Down
- 10 Week Lean and Learn
No other products, subscriptions, or services are included unless The Fitness Guy confirms otherwise in writing.
Pricing and Discounts
All affiliate links automatically apply the current discounted price at checkout. Affiliates must use their unique affiliate link when promoting any programme and must rely solely on the pricing and discounts applied automatically at checkout. Affiliates must not advertise additional discounts, create or imply exclusive pricing, or modify pricing in any way.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a commission of 30 percent on eligible sales. Commission is calculated on the final price paid by the customer, tracked via a 30-day cookie from the initial affiliate click, and paid only on completed purchases that are not refunded or charged back. Affiliates do not earn commission on their own purchases.
Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote The Fitness Guy programmes via email marketing, social media, blogs or websites they own and control, and personal recommendations. Affiliates must not run paid advertising using The Fitness Guy name or brand, impersonate The Fitness Guy or any member of the team, make misleading, exaggerated, or guaranteed outcome claims, or position the programmes as medical advice. All promotions must be truthful, responsible, and in line with UK advertising standards.
Brand and Messaging
Affiliates should represent the programmes accurately and fairly, avoid extreme before-and-after claims, and use approved images and copy where provided. The Fitness Guy reserves the right to request amendments to affiliate promotional content and to remove or suspend affiliates who do not comply with these guidelines.
Payments and Administration
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Commission payments are made according to the payout schedule set by The Fitness Guy. Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will result in the associated commission being voided.
Termination and Changes
The Fitness Guy reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate access at any time, amend commission rates for future sales, and update these terms as the programme evolves. Any changes will apply prospectively.
