The Story Behind The 14 Day Fat Furnace
Back in June 2020, the world had just shut down. Everyone was stuck at home, feeling low, missing the gym, missing routine, and wondering how on earth they were supposed to stay in shape.
I could see people needed something fun, simple, and affordable. Something that would lift spirits, get people moving again, and bring everyone together at a time when we all felt a bit disconnected.
So I created the very first 14 Day Fat Furnace. A home workout challenge built to boost mood, improve fitness, and give people a reason to feel good again.
People loved it. The energy, the simplicity, the community feel — it all clicked. And since then we’ve run it once or twice a year, helping over 10,000 people lose weight, feel great, and get their confidence back.
